Customer Service Policies


Our goal is to provide excellent service to each customer! Thank you for your support of Gospel Today.

Missed Issues: If you believe you have missed an issue, please email your full name, address, city, state, zip code, email, phone number along with the method of payment and approximate time when you subscribed to gospeltodaymag@aol.com

Refund Policy: Gospel Today will refund the amount of any unserviced issues if a customer is unsatisfied with the magazine.

Cancellation Policy: A customer may cancel at any time by calling (770-719-4825) or writing (Gospel Today, PO Box 1009, Hendersonville, TN 37077). No refund will be issued unless expressly requested by the customer.

Shipping Policy: Gospel Today is a bi-monthly publication (6 issues per year). It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that Gospel Today receives your correct mailing address in the event that you move.

Privacy Statements: Gospel Today reserves the right to share customer contact information with third-parties for the exclusive purpose of value added marketing.

Ownership Statement: Gospel Today is owned by Horizon Concept Marketing Media Communications, Inc.
